She is the founder of Embody Change Coaching, where she trains both aspiring and experienced coaches through a range of nationally accredited programs. For more than two decades, she taught behavior change, lifestyle medicine, and spirituality in medicine to family medicine resident physicians. Kathleen has also taught yoga and mindfulness in diverse settings, including writing daily mindfulness meditations for eMindful. Beyond her work in health and coaching, she’s the lead singer and songwriter for the rock band Serpentine.
