Brian Williams, MCC, NBC-HWC, BCC was the Director of Coaching in Laurie’s very first digital health coaching role at Real Appeal (now RVO Health), where he helped shape her understanding of coaching excellence early in her career.
Jonathan Armel, M.Ed., MCC, BCC, NBC-HWC was the Lead Coach Educator for RVO Health’s internal NBHWC-approved coach training program. Laurie and Jonathan worked arm in arm, training, evaluating, and supporting coaches as they developed real skill and confidence.
